Resetting Classroom or Office Phones
If a classroom or office phone is not ringing or working properly, please first verify that the volume is not off by using the + or - bar and that the "Do not Disturb" feature has not been activated by pressing the button under "Do not Disturb" to turn the feature on or off.
If the phone is still not working properly or has a message under the time and date display, please follow the steps below to reset the type of phone in your classroom or office.
Wall mounted phone:
1. Press the gear button
2. Press 5 or scroll down to 5 for Admin Settings
3. Press or scroll to 4 for Reset settings
4. Press the button below Network
5. Press the button below Reset
6. Press the arrow, then button under Exit.
*The message "Phone not registered" and a spinning gear will appear on the upper right corner of the screen.
The main menu and the time and date will reappear on the screen when reset is complete. For a how to video click Here.
Desktop phone:
1. Press the gear button
2. Press 5 or scroll to 5 for Admin Settings
3. Press 4 for Reset settings
4. Press 3 for Network settings
5. Press button below Reset
6. Press button under Exit.
*Once the date and time appear with no other message below it, the reset is complete. For a how to video click Here.
